Do you offer refunds or returns?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES/REFUNDS FOR ORDERING THE WRONG SIZE. All handmade pieces are made to order, no refunds. We do allow exchanges/store credit depending on the product! Please email rayvenstokesdesigns@gmail.com for more information. Exchanges must be returned within 7 days starting the day the item is received. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

How long does it take to receive my products?

Processing time after placing order can take up to 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that we are small team of skillfully crafted designers so made to order pieces are specific to you and can take up to 21 days to be complete depending on design AFTER processing. Shipping may take an additional 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for orders shipped with the incorrect address provided by customers. We ship Internationally to select countries and provide complimentary standard shipping for all US orders of $150. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. Rayven Stokes Designs is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
