Shipping & Processing 

All products are made by hand as they are ordered, the turnaround time period is typically around 14-30 business days after an order is placed before items are shipped. This is a rough estimate of the typical wait time depending on order volumes some items ship out sooner.

Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). Products are shipped via USPS or UPS once shipped Items can arrive within 3-5 days if shipping within the United States and up to 2 weeks for international orders. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and an additional email with a package tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays or mishaps once packages are shipped to the provided shipping address, out of my possession, and in the hands of USPS. Thank you so much for your support and patience!

every garmnet is made to order so ALL sales are final. please be sure to carefully read over the size chart. 

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

At this time, all orders are being shipped through USPS or UPS. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. Rayven Stokes Designs is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders. 

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (UPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of UPS.
