Service Description
in this course we will work together to make a easy everyday tote bag with ruffle details. What to expect: - Choose a beginner-friendly project tote bag, headband, or bucket hat. - Discuss fabric choices, pattern selection, and how to adapt for personalization. Reading a Simple Pattern - Learn how to interpret a sewing pattern or instructions. - Work through marking, cutting, and assembling pattern pieces. Intermediate Sewing Techniques - Focus on straight stitches and introduce decorative stitching if desired. - Learn finishing techniques (e.g., hemming or topstitching). -Learn functional elements like a zipper, buttonhole, or elastic (depending on the accessory). Finishings -Proper pressing techniques to give the final product a polished look. You will leave this course with a finished accessory you’re proud of and feel ready to tackle more complex projects!
